Our Commitment

We work with verified counterparties, under written commercial agreements and established banking procedures. Every transaction follows a documented process designed to promote transparency, accountability and security.

Know Your Customer (KYC / AML)

Before issuing an FCO we verify every buyer. We request:

• Certificate of incorporation and company registration
• Ultimate beneficial owners and directors, with ID documents
• Company bank details and bank contact
• Signed Client Information Sheet (CIS)

Incomplete files are not processed

Sanctions screening

Every buyer, bank, vessel and destination is screened against the sanctions lists of the European Union, the United Nations, the United States (OFAC) and the United Kingdom.

We do not trade with sanctioned parties or destinations.

Permits and certifications

We coordinate export permits and documentation for commodities sourced across African countries and other origins, in line with origin and destination requirements. 

Relevant certifications include Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and Organic, GACC, Halal, etc where applicable.

Document Authenticity

• Official offers and commercial documents must be verified and signed through trade@omega-farmresources.com
  
  
  
• Bank instruments (SBLC MT760, DLC MT700 and one-year blocked funds confirmed by MT799) are exchanged only bank-to-bank via SWIFT.

• Quality and quantity are certified by SGS at the port of loading.

KYC and company data are processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and kept only for the periods required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
